1. How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy flat-rate standard shipping for $12.95 on all Australian orders. Need your order faster? Opt for priority processing and express shipping for just $17.95!
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days after dispatch. For faster delivery, express shipping ensures arrival within 1–4 business days, with all express orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Queensland Public Holidays).
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking details to become visible on the courier’s website after dispatch - thank you for your patience!.
4. What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left in a secure location whenever possible. If a safe drop isn’t possible, a calling card will be left in your mailbox with details of the nearest Australia Post location - or the courier we use - where you can collect your package.
5. What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, including for sale items. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
